Customers may occasionally provide logos, artwork, graphics, photographs, or other materials for use on an order.

By submitting artwork, logos, graphics, or other materials to Broke Mom’s Side Hustle, you represent and confirm that you have the legal right and appropriate permission to use and reproduce that material for the purpose requested.

This includes, but is not limited to, school logos, team logos, organization logos, business logos, mascots, and other protected artwork or branding.

We reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order when we have concerns regarding ownership, authorization, copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual-property rights.

Our Designs & Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, graphics, illustrations, logos created by Broke Mom’s Side Hustle, photographs, product images, mockups, written content, digital files, website content, and other original materials provided by Broke Mom’s Side Hustle are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Our designs and original creative work may not be copied, traced, recreated, reproduced, modified, redistributed, resold, uploaded, shared, or used to create derivative products without our express written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or design.
