Business Days & Lead Times

Our stated processing and production times are based on business days.

Weekends are not considered business days and are not included in processing or production timelines.

Mondays are half-days reserved primarily for catching up on orders and administrative work. Response times may be limited on Mondays, and you may not hear back from us that day.

We are closed on national and federal holidays, and those dates are not included in processing, production, or estimated lead times.

If a holiday falls on a weekday, an additional business day may be taken off on the following Friday or Monday. Updates regarding holiday closures and schedule changes will be posted on our Facebook page.

Please keep this schedule in mind when reviewing estimated turnaround times for preorders, custom orders, group orders, and other products with listed lead times.
